Auburn RSL once again prove that they support their older membership by initiating this wonderful program for over 55's. The first Thursday of the month from 1.30pm till 3.30pm will become IDOL TIME when senior singers / performers / dancers / entertainers get the chance to stutt their stuff.

After a fantastic and successful 'Seniors Idol' in 2005 the Ettalong Beach club, in their wisdom, decided to bring it back again for 2006. This once again proved to be one of the best events for over 55's on the Central Coast.

WHAT A FANTASTIC DAY - CELEBRATION - NOSTALGIA - A FEW TEARS & LOTS OF LAUGHS - HECK WE EVEN DANCED. IRENE ST JOHN DID A WONDERFUL FLOOR SHOW ENTERTAINING ALL AGES WITH VERA LYNN TO DUSTY SPRINGFIELD SONGS & HAD EVERYONE SINGING ALONG. THE GUITAR WIZARDRY OF LUKE KOTERAS TOOK US ALL BACK TO OUR YOUTH AND JOHN BROWNRIGG & THE BAND HAD EVERYONE DANCING THE DAY AWAY. TO THE VIETNAM VETS A SPECIAL THANKS FOR THEIR WONDERFUL ENERGY ENTHUSIASM AND PARTICIPATION. THANKS FOR HAVING US ETTALONG.
